85 stalls available, the cost will be $25 per stall/per night. If you are only needing the stall for 1 night you still need to sign up for it.
All stalls to be raked out before leaving facility.
4 hookups available. Cost of hookups will be $50/day and money will be collected before arrival. Call Kenzie Haley once you have arrived on located and she will open the gate for you to park in RV spots.
Dry Camp fee is $20 for the weekend.

WORKING FAMILY RULE
If you do not pay the optout fee of $100/per rodeo then you will be put into the draw. Any working family who does not volunteer as required by the draw will be given one warning. IF the working family has a second no-show it will result in disqualification of the contestant for that day as well as a $50.00 No-Show fee will be imposed on that working family for failure to show. If the $50.00 No-Show fee is not paid by the end of the rodeo, it will be required to be paid before the beginning of the next rodeo. We appreciate ALL of your help!
PAYMENT DUE WITH ENTRIES NO EXCEPTIONS
Entries are due 2 weeks (15 days) prior to the first day of the rodeo. A Fee of $50.00 will be assessed for all late or Incomplete Entries. Draw out time is 72 hours before the rodeo with a charge of $25.00. No refunds after 72 hours unless a doctor’s or veterinarian’s release is submitted with official signature on official letterhead within (5) five days of the day following the rodeo. The secretary must be notified before the end of the rodeo that a medical release is coming.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By entering your child you understand that each contestant must be and is covered by medical insurance. We hereby release, the rodeo sponsors, and the stock contractors for all liability. We also do hereby release and discharge the Queen Creek Junior Rodeo Association, Inc. its officers, agents and employees, members and other contestants from any and all claims, demands, damages, suits, actions or causes of actions which may or can be suffered by said son or daughter while participating in the said Queen Creek Junior Rodeo. This release is complete and full and is not contingent upon any act, work, or deed by either the undersigned or the sponsoring bodies and individuals of said rodeo.
